 JMJ Caseworks tall cabinet offering includes standard door units, open storage units, door and drawer combination units and glass door units among others. These items can be custom designed to meet the needs of your space.

Our cabinets are built to last. JMJ promotes using M-3 industrial-quality particle board core. Interior cabinet surfaces are laminated with thermally fused melamine laminate. Thermally fused bonds permanently to the M-3 core. It is smooth, easy to clean, and resists the growth of bacteria.

Exposed, exterior cabinet surfaces are high-pressure laminate balanced with an equal-weight high-pressure laminate, or backing sheet, to meet industry standards of balanced construction.

Cabinet bottom, top, and sides are 3/4" thick, M-3 industrial-quality core joined with dowel-and-glue construction. Backs are 1/2" thick and fully-captured into the bottom, top, and sides of the cabinet for square, tight-fitting joints and superior stability. 3/4" hang rails are recessed into the back to provide additional strength and secure screw-holding when mounting cabinets.

Drawer sides and bottoms are constructed of 1/2-thick, industrial-grade, M-3 core. Sides are securely joined with dowels and glue. The drawer bottom is fully-captured on all four sides, reinforced with stiffeners, and glued. Thermally-fused, melamine surfacing is white on the drawer body for easy cleaning and better visibility.

Drawer slides are self-closing, heavy-duty, with a 100# dynamic load rating. Drawers open and close on captive, nylon rollers within acid-resistant, epoxy-coated, steel slides. Slides feature a positive in-stop, a positive out-stop, and an out keeper.

Full-extension drawer slides are standard on file drawers and paper storage drawers. Optional full-extension drawer slides are available on other cabinet styles. All drawer slides feature a lifetime warranty.

Full-depth, adjustable shelving is made of deflection-resistant 3/4"-thick, M-3 thermally-fused melamine board edge banded with tough PVC. Shelving over 36" wide is supported by an intermediate divider, mechanically fastened to the cabinet interior, reducing shelf deflection and allowing for more shelf configurations. In the event of special storage requirements, longer lengths of shelving and design considerations are available.

Our anti-tip shelf clips feature tabs to prevent shelving from tipping under too much forward weight, and twin pins to prevent rotation. The shelf clips have been tested and are rated to support 300 pounds each.
