YOUR ROLE

As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate production equipment while following documented procedures in a safe operating manner.
• Perform quality checks, equipment clean up, data entry and read work orders.
• Package jobs according to specifications. Load product onto trucks
• Work with others.
• Perform different tasks from day to day.
• Promote continuous improvement in all functions.

YOUR SKILLS

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, or other experiences which involve following detailed written instructions, use of hand tools, and reading a tape measure.
• Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain daily records for work performed.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day.

Delivery Driver/shop employee - Monday-Friday - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

YOUR ROLE

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Package jobs according to specifications. Load product onto trucks
• Deliver casework to job sites in a timely and safe manner. Deliveries are made throughout SD, ND, MN, IA and NE. 
• Hours will vary: deliveries as early as 6:30am and return when delivery is completed.
• On days without deliveries scheduled you will perform different tasks in the shop. 
• Work with others. 
• Promote continuous improvement in all functions.

YOUR SKILLS

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Physical - provided by JMJ Caseworks
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• General shop work requires use of hand tools, measuring, reading & writing, carpentry skills. 
• Delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet or sit for longer periods of time for out of state deliveries.

YOUR ROLE

As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate production equipment while following documented procedures in a safe operating manner.
• Perform quality checks, equipment clean up, data entry and read work orders.
• Comprehension of work orders and drawings.
• Determine the proper material and tooling setup for the job
• Material handling as needed to perform operations on material and to move material to the next station as determined by production.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, or other experiences which involve following detailed written instructions, use of hand tools, and reading a tape measure.
• Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain daily records for work performed.

• Continuously monitor your progress to optimize your day and installations.
• Perform quality checks, equipment clean up, data entry and read work orders.
• Package jobs according to specifications.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Install custom made products in new and old homes.
• Problem-solve issues arising in the field.
• Perform different tasks from day to day.

YOUR SKILLS

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, or other experiences which involve following detailed written instructions, use of hand tools, and reading a tape measure.
• Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain daily records for work performed.
• Ability to work alone, self motivated, attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day.
